For councils and multi-venue operators
One booking system across all your venues
Tennis courts on council land mean keys and light tokens to hand out, and after-hours calls about lights left on. bookahit gives every booking its own gate code, switches the lights for it, takes the hire fee by card into your account and records every opening. One system, one point of contact, every venue.
The package for councils and multi-venue operators
Less per court across venues
10% off every venue's court fee for 2 to 4 venues, and 15% from 5. It's applied to every venue in your organisation, with nothing to apply for.
Connecting the second venue onwards
Connecting your first venue's security system is $6,300 + GST, spread over 36 months with care. From your second venue on, the connection fee is quoted lower: the set-up, the team and the travel are shared.
One agreement, one contact
One set of terms for all your venues and one person to call. Each venue keeps its own booking page, its own admins and its own invoice, so every site's costs are clear in your accounts.
Your team, every venue
The same club account on every venue's team: the day at a glance, gate codes, lights, closures and the activity log for each site, from one sign-in.
Prices for your procurement file
| Line | Without GST | With GST | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| Court fee, bookings only, per court | $19 | $20.90 | A month |
| Court fee with the security system connected, per court | $49 | $53.90 | A month |
| Connection and care (the $6,300 connection fee spread over36 months, plus care) | $258 | $283.80 | A month for 36 months |
| Care alone, after that | $83 | $91.30 | A month |
| The security system itself (controller, keypads, locks, relays, cameras) | Quoted after a site inspection | Once | |
For example, one venue of 4 courts with its security system connected costs $16,148 + GST ($17,762.80) over three years: 35 months of court fees after the first 30 days free, and 36months of connection and care, before the security system itself. From 5 venues, with 15% off the court fee, it's $15,119 + GST a venue, before the lower connection quote for your second venue onwards. For scale: in New South Wales, section 55 of the Local Government Act 1993 requires a tender only from $250,000 including GST over the life of the contract; below that, your own procurement policy applies. Victorian councils set their own thresholds in their procurement policies.
