    Connecting your club's security system to bookahit ($6,300 + GST, spread as $175 a month) and care, $83 a month, which keeps the connection to your gates, lights and cameras working. Nothing up front.

For example, a 6-court club pays $114 + GST a month for bookings only. With its security system connected it pays $294 + GST a month in court fees plus $258 + GST a month for connection and care: $552 + GST a month for 36 months, then $377 + GST. Estimates only, from the numbers here. Half the admin time is saved by online booking and payments, the other half by gates and lights that work by themselves. Time is valued at the National Minimum Wage from 1 July 2026 (Fair Work Ombudsman). A lit court draws 2.4 kW with LED lights and 5.5 kW with others (Tennis Victoria). Costs include GST, with maintenance spread over its months. Cameras aren't counted.

Plain terms

  • No court fee for your first 30 days live

    Nothing is due until then. Your court fee and, with your security system connected, your connection and care line both start on your first monthly invoice, 30 days after you go live.

  • No other fees

    No booking fees, no fee per player or per booking, and no limit on courts.

  • Leave whenever you like

    Month to month, with no lock-in contract. Cancel online from Club admin. If your security system is connected and you leave inside the 36 months, the rest of the connection fee is invoiced when you cancel: the connection work was done at the start, and the instalments are a payment plan for it.

  • Nothing for the connection until you're live

    Your free period and your connection and care line run from the day your gates and lights pass the go-live test with your team on site, not from the day the work starts.

  • More than one venue?

    10% off every venue's court fee for 2 to 4 venues, or 15% from 5.

  • Court payments go straight to your club

    Players pay into your club's own Stripe account at Stripe's standard rates. bookahit takes nothing from what players pay you.

  • Pay for the courts you have

    Add or take away courts whenever you like. Your court fee changes from the day of the change, part-month included.

  • Your security system

    Supplied and installed by our integration team: the controller, keypads, gate locks, light relays and cameras, plus switchboard upgrades, data cabling, lighting control, duress buttons and electricity meters where you need them. Quoted separately after a site inspection. The hardware is yours, under the warranty in your quote.

Questions about pricing

Do prices include GST?
No. Every price on this page is plus GST (10%), and your invoices show the GST separately. The amounts with GST are shown next to each price.
What counts as a court?
Each court players can book. Rooms and equipment you take bookings for aren't counted. If a court is out of action, switch it off in Club admin and it comes off your court fee for that time. There's no minimum number of courts.
What does connection and care cover?
Connecting your club's security system to bookahit and testing it with your team: a gate code for every booking, Open gate and phone tap, court and walkway lights that follow the bookings, staff codes and cards, and your cameras. Then keeping that connection working: the console shows us when your gates, lights or cameras stop answering bookahit, we contact you first when something needs attention, and we keep the connection up to date. The connection part ($6,300 + GST, spread over 36 months) ends after 36 months; care ($83 + GST a month) continues. The security system itself (the controller, keypads, gate locks, light relays and cameras) is supplied and installed by our integration team for an additional fee, quoted after a site inspection.
When do we pay what?
Nothing when you set up payment. Your first monthly invoice comes 30 days after you go live: the court fee for your courts and, with your security system connected, connection and care. Then the same every month.
Can we start with bookings and connect our gates later?
Yes. Start at $19 + GST per court a month for bookings. When your security system is connected, your courts move to $49 + GST and connection and care starts, from your next invoice.
What if we pay late?
New online bookings pause after a reminder, but existing bookings, gate codes and your team keep working. Your members are never locked out over an invoice.
What if we leave inside the 36 months?
You can leave whenever you like: there's no lock-in contract. If your security system is connected and you leave inside the 36 months, the rest of the connection fee is invoiced when you cancel, because the connection work was done at the start and the monthly instalments are a payment plan for it. Care stops with your subscription. Your subscription page in Club admin shows the amount at any time.
What does the security system itself cost?
It depends on your gates, lights and switchboard, so we quote after a site inspection rather than guess. A quote covers the controller, a keypad and lock for each gate, a relay for each light circuit bookahit switches, cameras if you want them, and any switchboard or cabling work. The hardware is yours, with its warranty set out in the quote, and our integration team installs it.
What is the founding offer?
The first 5 clubs that connect their security system and go live by 30 June 2027 pay no connection fee, in return for a written case study after six months, two reference visits a year and a quarterly feedback session. The places left are counted live on this page: the offer closes when they're taken or on 30 June 2027, whichever comes first.
Who supplies and installs the security system?
We do, with our own team of integrators: the controller, keypads, gate locks, light relays and cameras, and switchboard upgrades, data cabling, lighting control, duress buttons and electricity meters where you need them, quoted separately after a site inspection. Contact us for a site inspection. bookahit's own fees are only the three on this page.
Do players pay a booking fee?
Not to bookahit. Where your club charges for courts, players pay your price by card, straight into your club's own Stripe account, and your club pays Stripe's normal card fee.
