What bookahit works with
bookahit works with your club's security system for gates, doors and lights, Stripe for payments, players' calendars, YouTube, Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and your club's own systems through an API and webhooks. Your security system
With your security systemA gate code for every booking, staff codes and cards, club doors, and court and walkway lights that follow the bookings. bookahit works with a range of security systems, and our integrators connect yours.
Your cameras, through the Edge box
With your security systemA small Edge box at the club connects your access controller (the box that runs your gates and lights) and your cameras' recorder to bookahit, without opening anything at the club to the internet. Your team sees the cameras live; footage stays on your recorder.
Stripe
Players pay on Stripe's secure page: by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and Afterpay, Klarna or Zip where your club switches them on. The money goes straight into your club's own Stripe account; bookahit never holds it and takes nothing from it. Stripe charges its own fees.
Apple, Google and Outlook calendars
A booking goes into the player's calendar in a tap, or a private calendar feed brings in all their bookings and follows any changes.
YouTube
Free coaching videos on your club's Online lessons page, credited and played in YouTube's own player.
Google Analytics
Add your club's Google Analytics measurement ID in Club admin to see how people use your booking pages.
Your own web address
Your booking page at bookahit.com/your-club, or on your club's own address.
Your club's website
A booking widget showing your courts' free times on your own website, from a few lines you copy from Club admin and paste into your site. Visitors tap through to book, without an account if your club allows it.
Spreadsheets
Bring your future bookings across from ClubSpark or any other booking system, and your members, with a CSV file. Download members and bookings as spreadsheets any time.
Your club's own systems
Read your club's courts, free times, bookings, members and sessions with an API key. bookahit can also tell your systems when bookings, sign-ups or memberships change, with signed webhooks retried until they arrive.
